The founder and CEO of Beucler Properties, Mike Beucler was involved with a team that developed Villa Espada apartments in San Antonio.Villa Espada was part of a surge of growth taking place on the south side of San Antonio in the last few years. The multifamily apartments consist of 255 units and sit on 12 acres of land. They are located close to the Eagle Ford Shale oil fields, Texas A&M San Antonio, and a military base.Villa Espada is part of the larger Mission Del Lago community, which is an 800-acre development in south San Antonio. The community features a 17-mile-long river trail, park, golf course, and clubhouse. Villa Espada overlooks the Mission Del Lago golf course and is on the eastern end of the Mitchell Lake bird sanctuary - a truly serene environment for a family. The apartments were constructed by Beucler Properties in collaboration with Big Red Dog Engineering, B&A Architects, 210 Developers, and Catamount Constructors.
